Supported, Not Solo

Do Meaningful Work, With Backup

You became a therapist to do meaningful work, not to feel isolated, overwhelmed, or burnt out.

At Private Matters Psychotherapy, we offer more than a space to see clients, we offer a supportive clinical home where your growth, wellbeing, and values matter. With structured team meetings, collaborative team culture, responsive admin systems, and trauma-informed leadership, you’ll have the foundation you need to thrive.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, we’re here to help you do the work that drew you to this field in the first place.

A Space Built for Purposeful Practice

Whether you’re an RP, RPQ, or RSW, our goal is to offer the kind of clinic environment that lets you focus on your clients, while we handle the rest.

At PMP Therapy, you’ll find a warm, trauma-informed culture where connection matters. We’re a teaching clinic that values learning, growth, and support at every stage of a therapist’s career.

Flexibility with Structure

Choose your hours. Work your way.

Our therapists work up to 15 clients per week and select their own days, depending on office availability. To make the most of our shared office space, we operate on a shift-based model:
Day shift: 8am-2pm
Evening shift: 3pm-8pm

Evenings and weekends are in high demand, so these hours tend to fill quickly.

Part-Time, But Fully Supported

We know that being an independent contractor shouldn’t mean doing it all on your own. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

  • Admin support: We take care of scheduling, billing, Jane access, and tech setup
  • Referrals: We handle inquiries and match clients to your clinical strengths
  • Community: Regular team meetings, peer consultation, and collaborative culture
  • Shared space: A professional and well-managed office space to call home
