I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and my master’s degree from the University of Toronto. Along with developing a solid understanding of traditional therapeutic modalities, my graduate studies afforded me the unique opportunity to explore healing from a spiritual lens.
I journey with individuals as they navigate difficult times in their lives and rediscover their strength, resilience, confidence, and most importantly, renew their sense of hope. I approach therapy from a solution-focused angle and equip clients with tools that help them manage their mental health struggles so that they can re-engage their lives in a joyous and meaningful way.
Sometimes, we need a little help remembering how amazing we are. I understand that every client has different needs and take great care to create customized treatment plans. My area of special interest is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, specifically a subtype called PureO. I am an advocate of lifelong learning and am always exploring new ways to provide the best care possible.

I consider myself to be a salt-of-the-earth person who enjoys the small and simple things in life . . . and Elvis Presley. I love to cook, bake, hike, read, watch horror movies, play tennis, and spend time with my friends and family.
But, my greatest joy in life is being an aunt to two amazing boys who helped me to truly understand what Khaled Hosseini meant when he wrote “for you, a thousand times over”.
I am passionate about exploring spirituality and personal development. I have a meditation practice that I look forward to each day and I feel a deep sense of duty to optimize my time on this earth and show up each day rooted in kindness and love – “there is nothing to change but self”.
